USA: The Glass Bottle Research Association Joins the Recycling Activity

Since 1997, communities in the United States have gathered together on November 15th to celebrate America's Recycling Day, a recognized U.S. holiday. The purpose of this holiday is to encourage people to actively participate in recycling activities and regard this activity as their responsibility and obligation. This year, the Glass Packaging Institute has joined KAB Company and become a partner in this event. GPI President Joseph J. Cattaneo said, "U.S. glass bottle manufacturers have been involved in this activity from the very beginning. At the same time, it can also be a great opportunity to remind Americans every day of the value and significance of recycling. Glass container manufacturers encourage all Americans to recycle all materials, especially glass." If you haven't joined this recycling activity yet, then start collecting and recycling your glass bottles and jars from now on.
